Very slow check in and check out desk. Only one person available at desk.

Hotel was clean

There was only a half roll of toilet paper in my room when I checked in. Went to desk and only one person at desk who didn’t have key to supplies, said I’d have to wait. Walked the floors and found a janitor who found me some toilet paper. Had to leave the room early the next morning to go to a funeral.Upon return ,my room was not made up and supplies not replenished. I was suppose to spend two nights at the hotel but while attending the funeral I received news that I had to return home(6 hr Drive to New York). I returned to the hotel,explained the circumstances requesting not to be billed for the second night as it was early in the afternoon and was told no because I had booked the room for 2 nights. No exceptions would be made. Upon checking out the gentleman at the desk couldn’t give me my receipt as people were checking in and he was the only one there. He said it would be emailed to me. It’s two days later and I still haven’t received the receipt.

to me was very important that they understood for me to check in before 4.00pm and they were very friendly and caring my wife and i will be staying again next year thanks for everything

The price was very reasonable and it accomodated our family sleeping needs. The breakfast was good and quaint atmosphere.

Carpets could be replaced.

The layout of the "Studio" (all-in-one) room is excellent - probably the best I've seen. The full kitchen (complete with microwave, fridge & freezer, stove top, dishes, utensils and dishwasher) enables you to save big-time on food costs, as a food-full Target is nearby. For that matter, a huge new Wegmans is less than 15 minutes away. You can walk to fast-food places, but the Target shopping center has a great set of better chain restaurants. The location makes it easy to get anywhere in Central Maryland, or Baltimore. It's maybe 45 minutes to the DC Metro in the other direction. With all this convenience, you might to find traffic noise - wrong! It's somehow tucked away that (in the pool area), you feel like you're in the country - amazing! I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to have an extended stay, while not having to overpay for meals. For a few days a week, the decent-but-not-great free breakfast is supplemented by free dinner (which is a slight stretch, and not recommended for healthy eaters). There is a small-but-decent fitness center, and the pool is very well maintained. All this, and yet charges well below the "name" hotels.

The only complaint I had was that the cleaners were a little too thorough, throwing out an unread Washington Post that I had bought, but not fully read - weird, so probably a fluke. If you can get a top-floor unit, you won't have to worry about the ceiling noise - in my case, BIGFOOT stayed one night above me - each and every step sounded like a hippo - again probably a fluke.

The value for the money was excellent, and the room and managerial staff very accommodating. I was there with my elderly mother who was just out of the hospital and we had caregivers coming and going. Everyone was treated w/respect and the staff made very effort to see that we had the quantities of extra towels and washcloths we needed to care for my mother. We all enjoyed the hot breakfasts and were able to partake of a few of the weeknight suppers as well. Even the other guests were friendly as we met in the morning and the evening. Our room was beautifully equipped to handle wheelchair accessibility and we were assigned the roll-in shower bath we requested.

The only problem was that the shower floor was very slippery and I fell in the shower on one of the last days we were there and bruised my hip and elbow rather badly. They do need to purchase some rubber non-slip bath mats for the accessible showers to prevent such falls in the future!

das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, sauber, sehr gute Ausstattung. War insgesamt ein sehr schönes Zimmer. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber. Sehr gutes Preis Leistungs Verhältnis.

Das Hotel wird gerade renoviert, alles ist für Amerika unüblich, sehr hell und freundlich. Eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein kleiner Wohnraum mit TV, ein Schlafzimmer, ebenfalls mit TV und ein schönes Bad. Man kann gut parken und ist schnell in Baltimore.

Am Nachttisch klebte bei unserer Ankunft ein Kaugummi, dieser wurde beim Reinigen leider stets übersehen. Durch die Renovierung gab es kein Frühstücksbuffet, man konnte sich alles mit aufs Zimmer nehmen. Dafür war dann die Küche hilfreich.
